Quite often the domain name works perfectly well but something is wrong with other services, e.g. website hosting or email. If the website does not work but emails keep arriving in your mailbox (and emails use the same domain name) then it might be faster to contact your hosting provider first.

Of course, it is still possible that the technical information is not correct, e.g. wrong IP address or wrong MX record. Enter the correct information using our online management system or forward the correct information to us and we will help to change data.
